KATE MANTTAN – PRINCIPAL
Kate was admitted a solicitor in March 2006. Kate completed her legal training and first year as a solicitor under the supervision of Gary Hopkins. After spending three years working as a solicitor in Hervey Bay, Kate returned to the Sunshine Coast in 2010 to rejoin the firm.
Kate practices in the areas of business, property, commercial, estate, elder law and family law.
Kate prides herself on her down to earth, personal and practical approach to clients. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her young family and enjoying all the spoils of the Sunshine Coast.
MARGARET ROFFEY – ESTATES CLERK
Margaret first came to our firm in 2014 when she relieved our estates clerk for a year. In February 2022 she again joined our team in the job-sharing role of estates clerk.
Margaret has worked in legal offices & The Public Trustee in NSW & several legal offices on the Sunshine Coast.
Marg plays walking football & rides her motorbike as often as she can.
LISA GARDOS – RECEPTIONIST AND LAW CLERK
Lisa is our receptionist who has been with our firm since 2009. Lisa is an enthusiastic welcomer of all who come to our reception. Lisa is a valuable member of our team here at Hopkins Manttan. She is a very caring and considerate person who always takes the time to make her work colleagues feel special, especially on their birthdays!
As well as reception, Lisa assists various solicitors of our firm as a law clerk.
ANNE STEVENSON – LAW CLERK
Anne joined our firm in 2014. Anne brings with her extensive experience in accounts and conveyancing and assists the solicitors with their day to day work. Originally from Hervey Bay, Anne moved to the Sunshine Coast to be closer to family.
VANESSA ANDREWS – CONVEYANCING MANAGER
Vanessa joined our Buderim based practice in 2021. Vanessa has worked for legal practices in NSW and QLD for two decades and has spent the majority of her career in Conveyancing. She brings with her a wealth of experience which reflects in her professional and courteous manner in dealing with all aspects of residential sales and purchases. Vanessa has lasting relationships with her clients and has a loyal following of people that love to deal with her.
Vanessa appreciates that the whole process can be an overwhelming and daunting experience. You will find that your experience when dealing with Vanessa, whether you are selling or buying will be a smooth and stress free process.
TRACEY BARTLEY – ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Tracey Bartley joined our firm in late 2021. She has over 25 years’ experience in Office Management and Accounts and has taken over from Anne Hughes managing the firm’s finances.
Tracey works part time having recently relocated to the Sunshine Coast from the Coffs Coast in NSW.
